By ticking the checkbox and submitting the form, I freely and unambiguously consent to the processing of the personal data I provide.
3. Data and purposes
The data may include my name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company and role, message content, product link, uploaded images and files, and submission date and time. The purposes are to review my inquiry, contact me, prepare a proposal, enter into and perform a contract, create AI garment visuals, and protect the parties’ legal rights.
4. Operations and providers
Processing may include collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure to processors, restriction, deletion and destruction by automated and non-automated means. Website form submissions and uploaded files are initially received and stored in Yandex Cloud on infrastructure located in the Russian Federation. Zoho Mail may be used when I contact the operator directly by email.
5. Duration and withdrawal
The consent remains valid until the purpose is completed, but no longer than three years after the last interaction unless a longer period is required by law or contract. I may withdraw consent by writing to hello@indossa.studio.
6. Third-party data
I confirm that I will not submit photos of people, identity documents or other third-party personal data without a lawful basis and the required permissions.
